Scholarships enhance the future of agriculture by providing financial assistance to Union Co. Farm Bureau members, or their children who major in an agricultural-related field of study at a recognized junior college or 4-year institution that offers agriculture science courses.

Scholarships provided to student members or dependents of members that are pursuing a career in agriculture. Open to high school seniors and those already enrolled in college.

Scholarship in honor of local farmer, longtime member and Farm Bureau Director. Given to a graduating senior pursuing a degree in agriculture related studies.

Scholarship in honor of local orchard owner and longtime member, Bill Flamm. Awarded to a graduating high school senior or current college student pursuing a career in agriculture related studies.

Cash is receiving the UCFB Foundation Scholarship. He is an AJCHS graduate already attending Missouri S&T majoring in mechanical engineering.

Addison is receiving the UCFB Foundation Scholarship. She is graduating from Anna-Jonesboro CHS and plans to attend Shawnee Comm. College in the fall.

Layne, a graduating senior at AJCHS, plans to attend Southeast Missouri State University in the fall to pursue an Agri-Business degree. Layne is receiving the UCFB Foundation Scholarship, as well as the Halford Dillow Memorial Scholarship and Bill Flamm Memorial Scholarship.

Kenzie is a recipient of a UCFB Foundation Scholarship. Kenzie, a AJCHS graduate, is attending Southeast Missouri State University majoring in Elementary Education.

Cole is receiving the UCFB Foundation Scholarship. Kaylee is a student at Southeast Missouri State University studying Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
All applicants must meet the following general criteria to be considered:
*an accredited vocational of technical school program
*junior college
*4-year university
4. Must exhibit potential for successful completion of course of study.
5. Must be a resident of Illinois.
6. Must include a recent unofficial transcript of grades from the 2025-2026 school year.
7. Must include a professional photo for use in social media and newspaper.
8. Applicants may receive a maximum of two UCFB scholarships during their college career.
