Want to Adopt-a-Classroom?
This school year, Union County Farm Bureau is offering a classroom sponsorship program to support ag education in the classroom! With your sponsorship, you will have the opportunity to teach the Union County classroom you sponsor one time this year!
The $100 sponsorship would allow you or your business to sponsor a classroom through Ag in the Classroom and help provide supplies to the students for the school year. With your sponsorship, students will be able to experience agriculture and the importance of the industry!

Meet our Coordinator
Haley Bode
Haley is originally from Waterloo, where she grew up on her family’s specialty crop operation. The Bode family grows any vegetable you could imagine and specializes in sunflowers. After serving as the Illinois FFA State Secretary last year, she started as a freshman at SIU Carbondale. At SIUC, Haley is double majoring in Agricultural Education and Crop Sciences with the hopes of becoming an ag teacher and FFA advisor.
Haley looks forward to visiting local classrooms, but more importantly she says she looks forward to impacting the future of agriculture.
